TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR QHHT SESSIONS

By booking and participating in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session with Luminose, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Service

• QHHT is a non-medical, holistic technique aimed at facilitating self-exploration, healing, and personal transformation.

• The session is not intended to replace medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

• The insights, healing, and results experienced during or after a QHHT session depend on the individual and their readiness to engage with the process.

• Luminose does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for how you choose to interpret or act upon the information gained during your session.

3. Liability Waiver

• By participating in a session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

• Luminose is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects resulting from the session. You agree to release Luminose from any claims or liability related to your session.

4. Recording of Sessions

• All sessions are recorded for your personal use and to ensure the integrity of the process. You will receive a copy of the recording for your reference.

• These recordings are for personal purposes only and must not be shared publicly or with third parties without written permission from Luminose.

5. Use of Content

• With your session, you consent to Luminose potentially using short, anonymised audio snippets or written insights from your session for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, including on the website and social media platforms.

  These excerpts will never include your name or identifying details and will always be shared respectfully and with the intention of inspiring or informing others.

  If you do not wish for your session to be used in this way, you may opt out at any time by letting us know via email prior to or after your session. Your choice will be fully respected.

6. Confidentiality

• Your privacy is respected, and no personal details or identifying information from your session will be disclosed without your explicit consent.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will incur a cancellation fee of $100.

8. Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled with sufficient notice.

9. Medical Conditions

• Please disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to your session to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the process.

• QHHT may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as severe mental health disorders or epilepsy. Please consult with a medical professional if you are unsure.

10. Age Requirements

• Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in a session.

• Clients under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent.

11. Agreement to Terms

• By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
