TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR QHHT / BQH SESSIONS

By booking and participating in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) / Beyond Quantum Healing Session (BQH) with Luminose, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Service

  • QHHT / BQH are non-medical, holistic techniques aimed at facilitating self-exploration, healing, and personal transformation.

  • These sessions are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

  • The insights, healing, and results experienced during or after a QHHT / BQH session depend on the individual and their readiness to engage with the process.

  • Luminose does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for how you choose to interpret or act upon the information gained during your session.

3. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in a session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

  • Luminose is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects resulting from the session. You agree to release Luminose from any claims or liability related to your session.

4. Recording of Sessions

  • All sessions are recorded for your personal use and to ensure the integrity of the process. You will receive a copy of the recording for your reference.

  • These recordings are for personal purposes only and must not be shared publicly or with third parties without written permission from Luminose.

5. Use of Content

  • With your session, you consent to Luminose potentially using short, anonymised audio snippets or written insights from your session for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, including on the website and social media platforms.

  • These excerpts will never include your name or identifying details and will always be shared respectfully and with the intention of inspiring or informing others.

  • If you do not wish for your session to be used in this way, you may opt out at any time by letting us know via email prior to or after your session. Your choice will be fully respected.

6. Confidentiality

  • Your privacy is respected, and no personal details or identifying information from your session will be disclosed without your explicit consent.

7. Booking Deposit

  • A deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including change of mind, but is deducted from your total session fee.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

  • If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new session date. A deposit may be transferred once; further changes will require a new deposit.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your session, and failure to attend without notice, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be rebooked within 3 months of the original session date, or the deposit will be forfeited.

9. Refund Policy

  • The $150 booking deposit is non-refundable.

  • Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, or may be applied to a future session at your request.

  • If Luminose needs to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you may choose to transfer your deposit and any payments to a new date, or receive a full refund including your deposit.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Medical Conditions

  • Please disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to your session to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the process.

  • QHHT / BQH may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as severe mental health disorders or epilepsy. Please consult with a medical professional if you are unsure.

11. Age Requirements

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in a session.

  • Clients under 18 must provide written parental or guardian consent.

12. Agreement to Terms

  • By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
