We were taught that consciousness is something the brain produces. But a different picture is emerging - from ancient wisdom, from the edges of science, and from thousands of hours inside the deepest states human beings can enter. In this picture, the brain is not a generator but a filter. And when the filter softens - through ceremony, through trance, through stillness - reality reveals more of itself. Contact happens. Healing happens. Remembering happens.
This immersion is a full day inside that territory.
Kate guides the grounding and connection to the earth and body; Anna the teaching, research and deep hypnotic journey - taking you in both directions at once, because accessing more of reality isn't about leaving the body behind. It's about being fully in it.
Across the day you will:
Explore what reality might actually be and what it means if the brain receives consciousness rather than producing it
Share real experiences - Kate's, Anna's, and each other's - in a circle where nothing needs explaining away

What We’ll Explore:
The filter model of the brain, and what it means if consciousness isn't produced by us but received through us. Why altered states may not be malfunctions at all, but access.
Consciousness as the Doorway
Plant medicine, mushroom journeys, breathwork, meditation, deep trance. Different entry points, the same expanded field. Kate and Anna will each speak to what they've seen through their own doorways and what the experiences have in common.
Many Doors, One Source
Contact is being reported across every doorway and it doesn't only arrive in altered states. Some experiencers describe physical encounters, others describe contact through journey, dream, or trance. We'll look at both, and at the star family connections that keep surfacing in this work.
Non-Human Intelligence
This is the conversation almost nobody is having. Encounters and expanded states can shake the ground you stand on. Anna's current academic work examines what happens to people afterwards: the silence, the shame, the fear of being disbelieved or pathologised, and the cost - to them and to all of us — of a worldview that treats only the verifiable as real.

The Shape of the Day
Morning — Arriving and grounding
We begin on the earth. A cacao journey and earth connection with Kate, then heart-space work and central channel breathwork with Anna - drawing sky down and earth up into one continuous circuit through the body. This is the anchor everything else rests on.
Late morning — Teaching and enquiry
The territory itself: consciousness, contact, altered states, and what's emerging across the research. Not a lecture, a conversation, with room for the questions you've been carrying.
Midday — The circle
Kate's experiences. Anna's. And yours. A space where what's happened to you can be spoken without being explained away, argued with, or diagnosed. For many people, this is the part they didn't know they needed.
Lunch and real rest — all meals included
Afternoon — The transmission
Inner earth transmission, taking you through an experience through the multi-dimensional portals that run through our Earth’s ley lines and energy grid. This transmission is received through the feet and the third eye - grounding you deep into the earth while opening the inner sight, preparing both the breadth and the depth for the journey to come.
Late afternoon — The journey
An extended guided meditation into deep, expanded consciousness. You'll be invited to connect and to receive - a being, a knowing, a gift, a message meant for you. And then the day's deepest turn: becoming completely still, and inviting reality to share more of itself with you.
Closing — Harvest and anchoring
We share what came. And then the part that matters most: turning it into one concrete practice you take home, so the day doesn't stay on the mountain.

Nestled in a private location in nature, we will be held and supported by the energy of this land and natural surrounds.
Inclusions:Ceremonial cacao, refreshments and a nourishing lunch, and all materials for the day. You'll also take home guided MP3s for embodying your multidimensionality - so you can keep anchoring above and below in your own practice - alongside a post-immersion integration series delivered over the following weeks. Because the real work often begins after you go home.

About Your Hosts
Kate
Kate Maryam is a modern Medicine Woman, Shamanic Healer & Teacher, Psychic Seer, and Spiritual & Soul Mentor. A traveller of celestial realms with the compass of an ancient heart, Kate provides the deep anchor of a grounded connection to the Earth, whilst expanding into higher dimensional realms and planes of existence.
Kate has an affection towards all things multidimensional, to experience energy through the body and the heart, and to express this through frequency.
She has answered a strong calling to dive deeper into shamanic practices to complement her existing soul service work in energy healing, psychic development, feminine embodiment and plant medicine healing.
Kate has additional qualifications that support her in the role of teacher and mentor, including a psychology degree, coaching qualifications, energy healing qualifications, psychic development trainings, ceremonial trainings and vast experience with spiritual mentoring of clients from all walks of life
Anna
Anna Jonak is a Quantum Healing Practitioner, Consciousness Researcher, and Guide into the deep states of the psyche. A student of both the mystical and the measurable, Anna moves between two worlds, the ancient art of deep-trance journeying and the rigour of academic enquiry, holding space for what emerges in the furthest reaches of consciousness while asking, always, what it reveals about who we truly are.
Trained in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Anna guides people into the somnambulistic state - the deepest level of trance - where past lives, soul memories, contact with other intelligences, and connection with the higher self rise to the surface. Her fascination is with the terrain beyond the body: what we access when the ordinary self grows quiet, and what it reveals about the nature of reality itself.
This calling led her to undertake doctoral research in human consciousness and anomalous experience, bridging direct practice with the formal study of altered states. Anna is documenting one of the most detailed research datasets of its kind, tracking the patterns that surface again and again across people who have never met.
Anna holds space with warmth, curiosity and deep respect for each person's journey, honouring both the science and the mystery of what it means to be human and beyond.
